Description:
LAND DEM 14 is a chemical compound that enables a steamship operator to successfully clean and gas-free double bottom and deep tanks at sea at a small fraction of the cost of conventional dockside. The natural rolling motion of the sea supplies the necessary mechanical forces for LAND DEM 14 solvents and emulsifiers to pick up and suspend even the heaviest Bunker C fuel oils.
LAND DEM 14 eliminates shore-side tank cleaning and allows a ship to proceed immediately into dry-dock for “hot work” or tank survey.
